Karolin graduated with a master’s degree in international economic studies with a focus on marketing from the University of Maastricht. From 2003 on, Karolin worked at RTL Television in Cologne as a TV producer responsible for documentary and primetime shows.
In 2007, she transitioned from broadcaster to production, working for ITV Television and other production companies. Overall she was responsible for the production of various formats such as the music show Top of the Pops, Come Dine with Me, or prime time shows such as The Big IQ Test and The Guinness Show.
Having lived in New York City, Madrid, Barcelona, and Maastricht, she is a global thinker who speaks several languages fluently. In 2011, she cofounded INTERNAUTS GmbH with Javier Amaya and is responsible for the consultancy and project management. With her economic knowledge on one side and her creative experience on the other, she builds a bridge to make initiatives tangible.
Karolin Klischan is also head of INTERNAUTS CHARITY e.V., a nonprofit organization helping children living in poverty and with special needs.
